Refund Policy of Mr. Clipping Path
At Mr. Clipping Path, we are committed to providing high-quality image editing services. However, if a client is dissatisfied with our service or a transaction needs to be reversed, we have established a structured refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Payment Cycle
Payments for services at Mr. Clipping Path follow different cycles depending on the nature of the agreement with the client. The available payment cycles include:

- Monthly payments: Clients who opt for ongoing services may pay on a recurring monthly basis.
- Weekly payments: Clients who require frequent services may make payments weekly.
- Order-based payments: Payments can be made after completing an order or before completing an order, as per the agreement between the client and Mr. Clipping Path.

Refund Eligibility & Process
2.1 Order Cancellation Refund

- Clients are eligible for a refund if they cancel an order mutually after payment has been made.
- Upon mutual cancellation, 75% of the total amount will be refunded within 15-30 days, while Mr. Clipping Path retains 25% of the amount for security and administrative purposes.
- From the 25% retained amount, 5% will be deducted as a refund processing charge, which is a necessary transaction fee.
- The remaining 20% of the total amount will be refunded within 12 months of cancellation.
- If clients prefer, they can adjust the 20% retained amount towards future orders instead of waiting for a refund. In this case, condition 4 will not apply.
2.2 Over-Invoicing Refund
- If a client pays more than the submitted invoice amount (over-invoicing), the above refund conditions will apply to the excess payment.
2.3 Service Quality Refund
- If the delivered order contains issues such as:

- Missed instructions
- Turnaround delays
- Miscommunication
- Unintended errors from Mr. Clipping Path
- Inconsistencies in the service quality

A partial refund may be provided upon assessment of the situation.
- The amount eligible for a refund under service quality issues will be determined based on a mutual agreement between Mr. Clipping Path and the client.

Refund Processing Time

- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the client.
- Clients should allow 15-30 business days for the refund to be credited back to their account, depending on bank policies and payment providers.
- For refunds applicable under long-term retention (20%), the amount will be refunded within 12 months unless adjusted to future services as per client request.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Completed and approved work: If a client has approved the completed order, a refund request will not be entertained.
- Change of mind: If a client changes their mind about using the service after work has already started, a refund will not be issued.
- Force Majeure: Any delays, losses, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical failures, will not qualify for a refund.
- Third-party Interference: If modifications or additional processing are done by a third party after the work is delivered by Mr. Clipping Path, we will not be responsible for refunds.

Compliance with Regulatory Guidelines
All refund transactions at Mr. Clipping Path comply with:

- The Foreign Exchange Act of The Central Bank of Bangladesh (Bangladesh Bank)
- The regulatory policies issued by the Bangladesh Board of Revenue
Clients must ensure their refund requests align with these financial regulations before proceeding with any refund claim.
